A famous Italian trainer, Max Formisano, was looking for a double-wide panel flipchart in Japan.

It surprises me: how is it possible that they have the nerve to ask for this!
1 . First of all, they don’t describe their product.
2 . They don’t detail where our benefit is.
3 . They do not quantify. What’s their value: 200? 2000? 20000 Euros?
4 . Our positive answer is always assumed. We’d be grateful for the unbeatable opportunity we are receiving.
