Shipping: the Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable: we’ll charge the customer the shipping expenses referred to the return, included the export and/or import taxes.
All the costs faced for handling the return will be on charge to the Customer.
As provided by the law, otherwise shall be invalid, the right of return and refund must be activated by sending an email to order@flipchart.it

Once we receive the goods, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately check the conditions of the returned products and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This will be done in the shortest possible time.
As told, 100%IDEA SRL will verify the quality of the return and report any tampering or damage reducing the value of the product.
In this case, after having reported the results of the quality inspection, if any damage has been estimated, the refund will be done by deducting the amount spent for the shipment and refurbish/repair of the product.
